The ticket is dedicated to the Far East Regions Fair, which took place from November 4 to 11, 2023. The fair was held on Novy Arbat and was part of the events of the "Days of the Far East Regions in Moscow - 2023" festival.

Eight regions of the Russian Federation participated in the fair: the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Primorsky Krai, Sakhalin Oblast, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, Kamchatka Krai, Magadan Oblast, the Republic of Buryatia, and Khabarovsk Krai.
