The fourth installment of the card series featuring illustrations of the signature trains of the Federal Passenger Company (FPC), a subsidiary of Russian Railways. Type 4 (high-speed passenger train "Nevsky Express" (withdrawn from service on August 27, 2021)).

The cards are issued with the use of the Russian chip (V symbol). On the reverse side of the card, the phrase "… river electric transport …" has been added.
