The ticket issued in honor of the opening after the second reconstruction of the Luzhniki Water Sports Palace. Built in 1956 by architect Alexander Vlasov. Reconstructed in 1980 to host water polo competitions during the 1980 Summer Olympics. Reopened after the second reconstruction on September 7, 2019.
