The card is issued in honor of the 65th anniversary of Mosgortrans. On July 31, 1958, the Passenger Transport Department of the Moscow City Executive Committee was formed. This organization is responsible for passenger transportation by buses and trolleybuses, as well as for intercity communication within the city of Moscow.
