The card is dedicated to the opening of the Escalator Gallery at Sparrow Hills, which took place on December 23, 2022.

The gallery was first opened to passengers on July 23, 1959. With the closure of the metro station "Sparrow Hills" for reconstruction in 1983, the gallery gradually fell into disrepair, slowly deteriorating, and by the end of the 1980s, it was completely closed. After the station's reopening on December 13, 2002, the gallery was not restored.

The escalator gallery was closed for almost 40 years. After two years of renovation works, three escalators, each 68 meters long, were repaired. The ascent height reached 34 meters, equivalent to a ten-story building. An observation platform appeared on the roof of the upper vestibule.
