This ticket is dedicated to the 115th anniversary of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. It was founded on February 19, 1907, by entrepreneur Alexey Vishnyakov as the first specialized higher education institution for the promotion of commercial education in the Russian Empire. Today, it is the largest educational and scientific center for training highly qualified specialists in the fields of economics, commodity science, and technology.
