This series includes two "Troika" cards, specially issued in honor of the 20th anniversary of the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot).

The first version of the card depicts the world's largest and most powerful diesel-electric icebreaker named "Viktor Chernomyrdin", which is the flagship of the icebreaker fleet of the enterprise FSUE Rosmorport.
