This series includes two "Troika" cards, specially issued in honor of the 20th anniversary of the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot).

The second version of the card depicts the icebreaker "Kapitan Khlebnikov", which was taken over by FSUE Rosmorport in 2016. This icebreaker annually assists ships in overcoming ice in the Far East and has made multiple voyages to the Arctic and Antarctic.

Both cards symbolize the importance of maritime transport for Russian regions and highlight the significance of historical heritage in the country's development.
