The card is dedicated to the Special Purpose Garage Museum.

The museum features legendary cars of the leaders of the Russian Empire, the Soviet Union, and the Russian Federation.

The museum opened on May 23, 2021, on the territory of VDNKh in pavilions 53 and 54.

The design of the card was chosen by popular vote on the "Active Citizen" project. The variant featuring the image of the ZIL-41047 car emerged as the winner. It was produced from 1985 to 2002, with a total of 153 cars in the main series.

The "Troika" card is one of the symbols of Moscow transport and a popular souvenir, so we strive to release thematic cards that will appeal to passengers. In collaboration with the Special Purpose Garage Museum of the Federal Security Service of Russia, we have prepared 5,000 thematic "Troika" cards with a design chosen by users on the "Active Citizen" portal. The card will be available for purchase at metro ticket offices in December, says Maxim Liksutov.
